require a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on
holidays, often a schedule change will leave us with an opening. Please
don't hesitate to check the web site should you desire to spend only one
night.
Check in time is 4:00 p.m., after 6:00 p.m. by special
arrangement. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m. |

Payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payment
can be made by
cash, check, or money order. |

Cancellations: |
30 days
notice is required to receive a refund. |
| Deposit
refund policy: |
Cancellations with 30 days notice will receive the full amount, minus 10% administrative charge.
Cancellations less than 30 days are subject to a 50%
cancellation fee. If we are able to re-rent for the date in
question, you will receive a refund of the difference, minus
10%. |
| Cleanup
or Damage: |
Any items lost, stolen or damaged will be charged to you.
Normal housekeeping is provided before and
after your visit. However, excessive cleanup after your stay will be charged to
you at the rate of $45 per hour. |
